RULE N1910.20. SUPPORT ORDER. ENFORCEMENT.
A support order shall be enforced by any or all of the following:
(1) Income attachment (see Pennsylvania Rule of Civil Procedure 1910.22).
(2) Contempt proceedings (see Pennsylvania Rule of Civil Procedure 1910.21).
(3) Posting of bond.
(4) Entry of judgment by operation of law:
The Domestic Relations Division shall place at least one computer terminal in the Clerk of Courts Civil Division Office. The terminal(s) shall have access to the Domestic Relations Division database. When posted in the Domestic Relations Division, arrears shall be considered of record in the Clerk of Courts Civil Division and shall be enforced against the obligor in accordance with Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure and applicable law.
